Aircall did not support necessary diallers for SA, many countries were blocked and we had to use USA/UK number which impacted connect rates
No show/cancellations rate was high, this was due to launching a few weeks ahead of the December holidays in SA and load shedding prevented leads from attending meetings on several occasions
